Opito Bay Toasted Fennel and Thyme Sea Salt in a 40g travel pack. The aniseed notes of toasted fennel and the bite of thyme blended with Opito Bay's original Coromandel sea salt. A good size for the bach, the boat or a picnic.

Opito Bay Salt Co. makes its salt at Opito Bay on the Coromandel Peninsula. Seawater is filtered and solar-evaporated in small batches, which gives big, crunchy, translucent crystals.
