You'll get tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12PM NZT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day from our store in Hahei. During busy periods (e.g. summer or sale events), please allow an extra day for processing.

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $10
• Rural Shipping: Additional $6
• Free Shipping: On orders over $150
• Oversized Items: $10 surcharge

Delivery Times - New Zealand

• North Island: 1–2 business days
• South Island: 2–3 business days
• Rural Addresses: Please allow an extra 1–2 days

International Shipping

• Australia: $20 shipping fee | Up to 7 working days delivery
• Rest of World: $50 shipping fee | Up to 14 working days delivery

Tracking

All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number once the courier has picked up your parcel.
