Shipping & Delivery

We pack every order by hand in our little store in Hahei and send it tracked. You'll get your tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

When we send it

Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday usually leave the same day. Orders after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, leave the next working day. Over the busy summer months, please allow an extra day.

New Zealand

• Standard (2–3 working days): $9
• Express, non-rural addresses (1–2 working days): $15
• Rural delivery (allow an extra 1–2 days): $15
• Free shipping on NZ orders of $150 or more
• Oversized items (like beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas and some lamps): $10 delivery, which still applies on free-shipping orders. Oversized items can only be delivered within New Zealand.
• Free pickup from our store at 3/3 Grange Road, Hahei. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready.

Australia

$50 per order, usually delivered within 14 working days.

Rest of the world

Email us at hi@covehahei.co.nz and we'll send you a quote. Any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and paid by the receiver.

Fragile and handmade pieces

Glass, ceramics and other breakables are packed carefully, but they can still be damaged in transit. If you're local, we recommend free pickup from our Hahei store for fragile pieces.

If something arrives damaged

Please email hi@covehahei.co.nz with your order number and a few photos of the item, the box and the packing inside.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all the packaging until we've assessed the damage, as our courier needs to inspect it. (This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.)

We'll assess the damage and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for a few days, let us know and we'll chase it up for you.
