Who we are

Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery costs are added at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, and Afterpay. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Your order

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm it. If an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was clearly shown in error, we'll get in touch and you can choose to carry on with the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Product information

We work hard to describe and photograph everything accurately. Colours can look a little different depending on your screen, and handmade and natural pieces vary from one to the next (see our Returns, Store Credit & Refunds policy). If an item isn't as described, we'll put it right.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Import duties or taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and paid by the receiver.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
