Opito Bay Rare Dry Gin Sea Salt is a botanical sea salt with juniper up front and hints of citrus, coriander and cardamom. Hibiscus petals add flecks of red. Made with Opito Bay's natural Coromandel sea salt.

Opito Bay Salt Co. makes its salt at Opito Bay on the Coromandel Peninsula. Seawater is filtered and solar-evaporated in small batches, which gives big, crunchy, translucent crystals.
