Opito Bay Kampot Black Pepper Sea Salt blends Cambodian Kampot black pepper with Opito Bay's natural Coromandel sea salt. Kampot pepper is more floral and fruity than everyday black pepper, so you get salt and pepper in one pinch with a lot more flavour.

Opito Bay Salt Co. makes its salt at Opito Bay on the Coromandel Peninsula. Seawater is filtered and solar-evaporated in small batches, which gives big, crunchy, translucent crystals.
