Description
Opito Bay Rare Dry Gin Sea Salt is a botanical sea salt with juniper up front and hints of citrus, coriander and cardamom. Hibiscus petals add flecks of red. Made with Opito Bay's natural Coromandel sea salt.
- Ingredients: Opito Bay sea salt, hibiscus petals, juniper berries, harakeke seed, cardamom pods, makrut lime leaf, coriander seed
- Try it with: baked salmon, fresh fish, grilled prawns, duck, venison, wild pork, or on the rim of a gin cocktail or margarita
Opito Bay Salt Co. makes its salt at Opito Bay on the Coromandel Peninsula. Seawater is filtered and solar-evaporated in small batches, which gives big, crunchy, translucent crystals.
