We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be brand new, unworn, and in original condition

• All tags must still be attached
  

Return Method

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@covehahei.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Restocking Fee:

There is NO restocking fee.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are only offered on faulty items, in line with our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s been issued.

• Store credits are processed manually and issued once your return is approved.
