When ordering Archies Arch Support Slides, we recommend choosing your usual running shoe size. If you’re normally a half size, we suggest sizing up to the nearest full size. For example, if you usually wear a 7.5, go for a size 8.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12PM NZT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day from our store in Hahei. During busy periods (e.g. summer or sale events), please allow an extra day for processing.

- Free Shipping: On orders over $150
- Oversized Items: $10 surcharge
