How long will one candle burn for?
The standard 310g Waxed Perfume gives up to 50 hours of burn time, while the 730g XL size burns for up to 100 hours.
How do I care for the wick?
Trim the wick to about 6mm before each burn (our Snippy Wick trimmer is designed exactly for this) to keep the flame even and get the most scent throw and longevity from your candle.
Can I reuse the jar once the candle's finished?
Yes — each hand-blown jar is designed to be washed and reused. Hand washing is recommended rather than the dishwasher, since each piece is unique in shape and finish.
Is the Citronella Outdoor Edition safe to burn indoors?
No — the Citronella Outdoor Edition is formulated for outdoor use only, in a space sheltered from wind, thanks to its concentrated citronella oil for insect protection.
What's the wax made from?
All Waxed Perfume candles use 100% natural wax with an unbleached cotton wick — no paraffin or synthetic wicking.
How do I get the most even burn?
Let the first burn go long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the full surface (usually 2-3 hours) — this prevents "tunnelling" on future burns.
