Wellington's Six Barrel Soda Co. have been shaking up the soda game with experimental batches and flavours that pop, since 2012.
They use real ingredients like NZ citrus juices, Central Otago cherries, organic ginger, organic rose petals, and fair-trade organic cane sugar to make natural drinks that taste great, look spectacular and are packaged in glass.
Ginger in name but not in attitude. SBS makes their Ginger Ale with loads of organic ginger and a sprinkling of black pepper for an extra hint of heat, just how you like it. 
These soda syrups are designed to be mixed with sparkling or soda water. They're the perfect pairing with your Sparkler, SodaStream or other sparkling water maker.

How do I use the syrup?
Add a splash (roughly 20-30ml, to taste) to a glass of sparkling or soda water — perfect with a Sparkler, SodaStream or any home soda maker. Adjust the ratio to suit how strong you like it.
How many drinks does one bottle make?
A 500ml bottle makes around 15 drinks, so it works out as a genuinely low-waste alternative to buying tonic water or soda by the bottle.
Is it suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes — our syrups are naturally sweetened with Fair Trade organic sugar and free from artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Can I use it in cocktails, not just soda water?
Absolutely — these syrups work beautifully in cocktails and mocktails as well as straight soda water. Check the product notes for our favourite recipe pairings.
How should I store an opened bottle?
Keep it in the fridge once opened and use within a few weeks for the best flavour, since there are no artificial preservatives holding it together.
Does it contain alcohol?
No — all Six Barrel Soda syrups are non-alcoholic, so they're just as good in a mocktail as a cocktail.
