Furikake - meaning literally “sprinkle”. This is our go to seasoning for everything from avocado smash to a poke bowl. Opito Bay's love of seafood and Japanese cuisine inspired them to create this delicious blend of toasted white sesame, Coromandel kelp, chilli, Opito Bay sea salt and bonito flakes.

This seasoning is a flavour “bomb”! Believe us when we say that you won’t stop using this in EVERYTHING - from steamed rice to Asian greens or coating chicken or fish. Magic on sashimi or sushi. Try Furikake as a dukka or sprinkle on baked potatoes.

Ingredients: Opito Bay Sea salt, toasted sesame seeds, chilli flakes, Coromandel kelp, dried bonito, cane sugar.
