Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed before 12PM NZT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time:

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day from our store in Hahei. During busy periods (e.g. summer or sale events), please allow an extra day for processing.

• North Island: 1–2 business days

• South Island: 2–3 business days

• Rural Addresses: Please allow an extra 1–2 days

• International: Up to 14 working days.
