Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12PM NZT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day from our store in Hahei. During busy periods (e.g. summer or sale events), please allow an extra day for processing.

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $9
• Rural Shipping: Additional $6
• Free Shipping: On orders over $150
• Oversized Items: $10 surcharge
• Express Shipping $15 (Non Rural)

International Shipping

• Australia: $20 shipping fee

Tracking

All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number once the courier has picked up your parcel.
