The range at Six Barrel Soda Syrup is overflowing with flavour, and we're fizzing to introduce you to our favourite flavours at Cove - it's a veritable fruit salad!
Our Classic Tonic syrup is perfect for mixing or drinking as a zesty, bittered soda. We use a triple hit of citrus with lemon juice, peel and lemongrass balanced with a natural bitterness that won’t overpower your drink. Our Classic Tonic Syrup makes 15 drinks and is a great, low-waste alternative to tonic water bottles. 
This syrup is naturally sweetened with Fair Trade organic sugar and is free from artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. It's suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 
This is syrup for our Sparkler - a Sodastream alternative - or any home soda maker.

How do I use the syrup?
Add a splash (roughly 20-30ml, to taste) to a glass of sparkling or soda water — perfect with a Sparkler, SodaStream or any home soda maker. Adjust the ratio to suit how strong you like it.
How many drinks does one bottle make?
