Fermented for 18 hours, this free-form sourdough is made with Sorghum, Millet, Brown Rice and Tapioca Flours, Potato Starch and Psyllium Husk. Our favourite for toasting and topping with delicious condiments, it comes pre-sliced and sealed in a paper recyclable bag.
Please note: The Sourdough One is best when toasted and although it is baked and delivered fresh, it does not have a long shelf life like other Gluten Free bread because it doesn't contain a bunch of additives and preservatives.
So while it can be eaten fresh, we recommend storing it in the fridge or popping it straight into the freezer to defrost later or to toast. This is especially important in more humid weather.

Orders placed before 12PM NZT (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day from our store in Hahei. During busy periods (e.g. summer or sale events), please allow an extra day for processing.
